Why have a Signature Cocktail?
While not necessary, a signature cocktail can show off your style AND even control the cost of your bar budget. It makes your guests think you went above and beyond, but really it can allow you to stretch your bar budget a bit further.
Most people will end up ordering the signature cocktail just because it feels like an easy way to participate and feel connected with the Bride and Groom. It will end up being your most sold cocktail of the evening. This allows you to stock your bar with nicer boozes that people probably won't order, but gives the image of an overall elevated bar.
All bars have limitations. Many bar limitations are due to space alone. By having a signature cocktail your barkeep can maximize drink possibilities using minimal ingredients.
